The
Kanban Task Manager Multiboard is a sandboxed solution,
mainly intended for managers. The Multiboard displays
several kanban boards on the same SharePoint page. Users
can view tasks from all of the farm's/tenant's Kanban
Task Manager installations that they have access to.
The tasks on the Multiboard cannot be dragged and
dropped between phases or lanes, but you can open the tasks
and edit or delete them. Hover the mouse over a task on
the Multiboard to see its name, project and due date.
The main purpose of the Multiboard is to give
managers an overview, so each board has graphical
representations of incomplete tasks in phases and lanes.
NOTE: The Multiboard does not work with the APP edition of
Kanban Task Manager. This depends on security limitations applied by Microsoft when doing cross site requests.

Installation and activation for a site collection
Download the file KTMMultiboard.wsp. (Extract if
you have downloaded the .zip file)
From the root site of the site collection,
open the Site settings and upload the .wsp file to the
Solutions Gallery.
ActivateKanban Task Manager Multiboard
for the site collection.
Activation on site
On each site where Kanban Task Manager
Multiboard should be used, open the Site settings >Manage
site features and activate Kanban Task Manager Multiboard.
A new "Kanban Task Manager Multiboard" link will
be added to the Site settings of the site where Kanban
Task Manager Multiboard was activated. When you
click on it the first time, a link will be added to
the Quick Launch and you can choose which Kanban
Task Manager installations should be added to the
Multiboard.
