Kanban Task Manager for SharePoint sandboxed solution
is uploaded to a SharePoint Solution Gallery and activated
there and on each site in the collection where it should
If you get problems with the activation, please make sure
that the sandboxed code service is running on the SharePoint
The person who performs the installation needs to have
Full Control over the site collection. The recommended
way to test Kanban Task Manager is to create a new
site collection for testing. Then, once the testing is completed,
you can start over by installing Kanban Task Manager
in the production site collection.
For details about the installation and configuration, refer
to the Manual.
Installation and activation for a site collection
Download the file KanbanTaskManagerSP.wsp.
(Extract if you have downloaded the .zip file)
From the root site of the site collection,
open the Site settings and upload the .wsp file
to the Solutions Gallery.

Activation on site
On each site where Kanban Task Manager
should be used, open the Site settings >Manage site
features and activate Kanban Task Manager.
You will now get a new "Kanban Task Manager"
link in the Site settings of the site where Kanban
Task Manager was activated. When you click on it
the first time, three things will happen:
A link will be added to the Quick Launch
You will be asked if you want Kanban Task
Manager to create a a custom Tasks list, KTM Tasks, or use a task list
that already exists on the site.
A Get Started page will open.
Load Example data OR enter Projects (+ Lanes
and a custom parameter).
Start testing Kanban Task Manager!
