Editions
PDF Creator comes in two
editions and three packages: SPFX edition, Sandboxed
solution and PowerShell script. All is included in the subscription,
and you may use and combine the packages as you like.

organization subscribes to PDF Creator on a Premium
plan, you will have your own, register free copies of all
three packages in your unique download place.

In that case, we will create a custom PowerShell script
and use it to install PDF Creator for you in the
way you want it.
Evaluator Information
PDF Creator can be used in all kinds of SharePoint
sites and lists, both modern and classic. All features are
however not supported by both editions, so you might want
to combine them. Learn more about that on the
Editions page.
Best practises
Microsoft recommends use of many sites, instead of big sites
with multiple levels. The recommended way to test PDF
Creator is to create new sites for testing. Once the
testing is completed, you should start over by installing
PDF Creator in production sites. It is however also
possible to continue using the same installations.
When PDF Creator has been installed in a site, click
on the PDF Creator button in any list to create a
PDF file from the selected item(s) - or don't select anything,
to create a PDF with all list itema. If you install the
SPFX edition, you can also use PDF Creator create
PDF files from Office files in document libraries.
