Advanced Kanban Task Manager Configuration
 When
the basic Kanban Task Manager is set, you might want
to try the extra features. These are not necessary for a
well functioning tasks management, but they can make work
more efficient and give additional information for business
intelligence and statistics.
In the demos below, Peter Kalmström shows how to configure
the advanced Kanban Task Manager parameters:
- Lanes: group the tasks in swim lanes in the Kanban
view. Set WIP limits.
- Extra field: create a custom parameter to be added
to the task cards, task form and search filter.
- Actions: change multiple task properties at the
same time.
- Checklist: add lists with subtasks to complicated
tasks.
- Timelogging: keep track of how long users have worked
on a task.
