SharePoint
gives no easy way to copy a list with its structure and
all or selected content, but with List Copier it
can be done with a few mouse clicks.
List Copier is a flexible, admin-focused tool that
makes copying SharePoint lists fast and customizable. Both
modern and classic lists can be created.
List Copier adds a button to generic SharePoint lists
in sites where the product is installed. When a user clicks
on the button, a dialog will open.
Now, the user can define details about the list copy and
how much of the original list should be included
Editions
List Copier comes in two editions. Both editions
can create modern as well as classic lists:
SPFX edition. This edition is very easy to manage
and works in the SharePoint Online modern experience.
Sandboxed solution. This edition works on all versions
of SharePoint, from 2013 to SharePoint Online.
The Sandboxed solution gives a List Copier button
in the classic experience. Switch temporarily to the
classic experience if you want to copy a modern list.
All is included in the subscription, so you can use the
editions and packages your organization needs.
