We normally operate Monday to
Friday 08 am to 11 pm UTC / 01 am to 06 pm EST.
Saturday and Sunday one of us is usually online
too, but we cannot give the same service as
during weekdays.
For remote sessions
the best time is between 08 AM and 04 PM UTC.
If you contact us by e-mail you
are very welcome to send screenshots. They can
often explain the problem, but please avoid big
BMP files.
