2. Manage Appointments

Manage Outlook calendar appointments and tag them with time reporting data.

3. Report Time and Export Data to Excel

Review and report work hours and export the data to an Excel sheet.

4. User installation

The User installation might be performed centrally by the administrator, but this demo shows how the user can take care of the installation on his/her PC.

5. Personal Settings

In the Personal Settings each user can disable tag values that are not used, filter out appointments from reporting and more.

6. Statistics Excel reports

In the Statistics Excel reports each user can see all his/her own reported data. The principles for analyzing default reports and creating custom ones are the same for administrators, who can see data from all users.

7. Color Coding

Color code tag values to get a good overview over appointments.

8. Map E-mail ID or Domain to TimeCard Value

Map e-mail IDs or domains with tag values. Drag e-mails to the calendar and get automatically tagged appointments. (Must be enabled by admin.)

9. Administrator installation

This installation must be done before any User installation can be performed.
Here the administrator decides what database to use for reporting and settings sharing.

10. Reporting and Sharing Options

TimeCard Workgroup has three options for reporting and shared settings: SharePoint, Access and SQL Server. Use the SharePoint option if you want to connect TimeCard Workgroup to TimeCard for SharePoint.

11. Global Settings

In the Global Settings the administrator decides what parameters to tag Outlook appointments with and what to calculate costs by.
