SP Attach must be installed on each PC where it should be used.

Installation process

Also refer to the video demonstration below.
  1. Download the file SPAttachSetup in .msi or .zip format.(Extract the .zip file.)

  2. Close Outlook if it is open.

  3. Click on the .msi file to perform the installation.

  4. Open Outlook when the installation is finished.

  5. Create a new e-mail.

  6. Click on the new Configure button in the ribbon of your new message to configure SP Attach.

When you click on the SP Attach Configure button for the first time, you will be asked to log into a SharePoint site which has a document library or libraries that you want to send files to with SP Attach. (Later you can add more SharePoint sites directly from the SP Attach settings dialog.)

SP Attach will connect to the SharePoint site you have logged into and then show the Settings dialog, where you can select which libraries you want to add to SP Attach. Click OK, and you are ready to start sending links instead of attachments!

For detailed instructions on installation and configuration possibilities, refer to the manual.

It might me necessary to allow pop-ups in your browser for the download to work.
