To re-install the Kanban Task Manager sandboxed solution in the same site, you need to delete the tasks list, by default "KTM Tasks", and the hidden settings list "KTM Settings".

These are the steps to re-install Kanban Task Manager for SharePoint:

To reach the hidden "KTM Settings" list type "Lists/KTM%20settings" in the address bar after the site URL.
The hidden settings list will open. Now open the LIST tab and click on "List Settings".
The Settings window will open. Click on the "Delete this list" link.
Open the list settings in the tasks list and delete that list also.
After deleting both "KTM Tasks" and "KTM Settings", you can re-install Kanban Task Manager for SharePoint.
