TimeCard for Outlook - plan and report your time in the Outlook Calendar Use your Outlook calendar to plan your day with meetings and appointments. When the week is done, review the existing data and send them to the database. No more double entries!
  
The user interface of TimeCard is based on the Outlook calendar. Appointments are easily tagged with time reporting information and thus turned into time reporting records.

TimeCard does not limit your calendar in any way. You can add, edit, change and remove items with all the simplicity you are used to in Outlook. Version 4.3 released 1 June!

Do you use a handheld device? The TimeCard properties are synchronized at the same time as the calendars, and with the free add-on TimeCard Mobile you can even create and edit appointments with TimeCard data while on the run.

Practical use ‒ both versions: Managing Appointments        Reporting

Single user version. For one person. Local reporting to an Access database created by TimeCard.

Workgroup version. For organizations. Central reporting to Access or SQL Server, directly or via an ASP-page.
The admin defines common properties, and from them each user selects the properties to report on.
 
punkt Use TimeCard data in the powerful, integrated statistics tool to facilitate business intelligence.
punkt Meta data categories allow that plenty of data is gathered, but users never have to bother with them when making appointments or reporting.
punkt TimeCard works with Outlook 2000 and above* and Windows® 2000®, XP® and Vista®
punkt Possibility to see also no reported time.
punkt TimeCard can be combined with Calendar Browser, to view staff calendars. The Overview feature in Calendar Browser will display the same color coding as TimeCard.
* To use TimeCard with Office 2007 you need to have Office Web Components installed. They may be downloaded here.
