Organizational License  950 EUR / 1 400 USD Use within one organization,
no per-user fee
Developer License 1 950 EUR / 2 900 USD Org. Lic. + source codes for all three applications. Allows full customization and distribution
within the organization.
 The first year of the kalmstrom.com Support Services is included in both versions.

Registration key and source code
If you pay within the application, you will get the registration key at once. In all other cases we will send you a registration key by e-mail within 24 hours of your payment.

If you buy the developer license, a download link to the source codes will also be sent to you by e-mail.

Two apps are included in the price:

OLAP Reporting Tool for Excel, facilitates business intelligence OLAP Reporting Tool – integrated in PF HelpDesk and registered automatically at the same time as PF HelpDesk.


KBase KBase for Outlook - the knowledge base that works inside Outlook – downloaded separately and registered automatically if the path to the KBase public folder is entered in the PF HelpDesk Settings, Other settings tab.

There are two ways to buy the PF Helpdesk from within the product:
  1. With the integrated BUY NOW wizard you can buy the organizational license with a few steps. The application registers itself once the transaction is successful, so it is important that the user performing purchase under this mode has owner's right over the PF HelpDesk public folder, else automatic registration will fail and the owner of the public folder has to perform a manual registration.

  2. ONLINE STORE – buy PF HelpDesk from the web store through your internet browser. If the transaction is successful, a serial key is generated which can be used to register the product manually. Once registration succeeds, registration is done for all user of PF Helpdesk.
    If you use this alternative, you can buy the organizational or developer license and additional services.
