With Kanban Task Manager you can share information about projects and tasks within the workgroup. All the ongoing projects can be seen in Outlook on all PCs, and when one member of the group creates a new task, changes a task or drags it to another phase, all the other group members can see it in their PCs also.
Kanban Task Manager supports three alternatives for sharing and storage:
A SharePoint site
An SQL Server database
An Access database
If you select SharePoint or SQL Server, you need to have your own SharePoint site or SQL Server, in-house or hosted. The Access database is created by Kanban Task Manager.
Kanban Task Manager supports SharePoint 2010 and all versions of SQL Server
and Access.
