Single version of Kanban Task Manager uses Outlook
tasks that have been given extra dropdowns for project and
phase (and lane if you want to use swim lanes). You can
also add a custom tag for your tasks.
This information is not only used to categorize the tasks,
but it is also used in the Excel reports available for this
Kanban Task Manager Single is installed in a folder
under Outlook Tasks. When you open that folder you can see
your different projects and tasks on a virtual kanban board.
You can create new projects and tasks with a few simple

text than you can see on the kanban card.
Zoom in and out on the kanban board, to see
more details or more tasks.
