New domain: how do I point HelpDesk OSP to a new domain?

We have changed SharePoint site and domain, but we cannot point HelpDesk OSP to the new domain. How should it be done? Now HelpDesk OSP still asks for the login to the old domain.

Please open this path:

For Vista and Windows 7: C:\Users\USerName\AppData\Roaming\kalmstrom.com\HOSP

For Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\kalmstrom.com\HOSP

Then
  1. Delete the file HOSPSettings.xml

  2. Restart Outlook

  3. Open the HelpDesk OSP settings and select the option Add list. Then enter the URL for the new site.
