Buttons: I cannot see the HOSP buttons in Outlook

Please check if the HelpDesk OSP add-in is disabled in Outlook. If it is, enable it.

For Outlook 2003, go to Help > About Microsoft Outlook > Disabled Items

For Outlook 2007, go to Help > Disabled Items
