New domain: how do I point HelpDesk OSP to a new domain?
Buttons: I cannot see the HOSP buttons in Outlook.
Buttons: If I close Outlook and then start it again, the
HelpDesk OSP buttons don't appear in the menu bar of Outlook.
Duplicate entries: we get duplicate entries in non threading field at every thread update.
Format: I get CSS info in the ticket
