HelpDesk OSP connects Outlook to SharePoint		 HelpDesk OSP is very easy to upgrade:
  1. Download the file HelpDeskOSPSetup in .exe or .zip format. (Extract the .zip file.)
  2. Close Outlook if it is open.
  3. Run the downloaded file, HelpDeskOSPSetup.exe.
  4. That's it!
The upgrade is automatic, and all your settings will be kept.

From version 1.42.0355 (HelpDeskOSPSetup.exe) login information is encrypted when saved to the file HOSPSettings.xml, for better security.

To encrypt your login details, click the Configure button in Outlook to open the settings. When the dialog is open, click on OK to save the settings. This only has to be done once, when upgrading from an earlier version than 1.42.0355.
