It might me necessary to allow pop-ups in your browser for the download to work.
	HelpDesk OSP is very easy to upgrade: Download the file HelpDeskOSPSetup in .exe or .zip format. (Extract the .zip file.) Close Outlook if it is open. Run the downloaded file, HelpDeskOSPSetup.exe. That's it! The upgrade is automatic, and all your settings will be kept.
