HelpDesk for Outlook and SharePoint – a new product from

kalmstrom.com Outlook Solutions
has now released the beta version of a tool for
issue tracking and user support, a helpdesk product based
on Outlook but above all on SharePoint.
This new application is totally web based, but note that this is not an ordinary web based helpdesk but
a helpdesk based on SharePoint, which is an environment that Microsoft is favoring
strongly. That makes this application safe for the future, and users get a lot of features and possibilities.
