HelpDesk for Outlook and SharePoint – a new product from kalmstrom.com

Beta version released

HelpDesk for Outlook and SharePoint, the application that makes SharePoint a versatile tool for issue tracking and user supportkalmstrom.com Outlook Solutions has now released the beta version of a tool for issue tracking and user support, a helpdesk product based on Outlook but above all on SharePoint.

This new application is totally web based, but note that this is not an ordinary web based helpdesk but a helpdesk based on SharePoint, which is an environment that Microsoft is favoring strongly. That makes this application safe for the future, and users get a lot of features and possibilities.

HelpDesk for Outlook and SharePoint has three main parts:
punkt Outlook add-in installed on every helpdesk worker’s client machine
punkt Report generator still missing in the current version, but an update is coming soon
punkt SharePoint template

HelpDesk for Outlook and SharePoint gives new possibilities:

punkt Statistics tool our application OLAP Reporting Tool for Excel.
