TimeCard uses. Once TimeCard is licensed, OLAP Reporting

With TimeCard 4.1, personal setting of each TimeCard
client is no longer dependent on the appointment of
1/1/2050. Instead, all values are saved in the system
registry. For compatibility with the upcoming of TimeCard
mobile in future, some personal setting values are written
to the body of the appointment of 1/1/2050 (as a token
only).
TimeCard 4.1 also has a new and more secure registration
process, since the registration scheme has been automated.
Users can buy the license directly from within the application
through eSellerate payment gateway, without leaving
the application.
The registration is performed by clicking the 'License'
button in the Personal Settings Tool. The license can
be bought in two ways:
- through integrated 'BUY A LICENSE' button -
This is the fastest mode as the registration is
done automatically once transaction succeeds.
- through online webstore. This mode will open
the online webstore in a new browser. Once the transaction
is succeed, the registration key will be generated.
The key has to be entered into the license box manually.
In both cases, user will receive a copy of the transaction
along with the registration key in their email.
When the administrator/user buys the organizational
license and register the product, registration is done
for all users in their workgroup. Other users don't
have to repeat the same procedure.

TimeCard worked fairly well for several years,
but now it has received a thorough renovation. To
comply with Microsofts name giving rules it has
a new name: TimeCard. My primary
goals for TimeCard V4 have been
to make the application much easier to install (MSI-based
installer) and to make it compatible with Internet
Explorer 7, Vista and Office 2007. Other news is
that notes in appointments will be saved in the
database, and that it now is possible to print both
from the Report dialog and from OLAP Reporting
Tool. TimeCard V4 also has
new, more pleasant layout and graphics.
