Solutions has released a new version of the popular
Outlook add-on that lets you report time directly from the
Outlook Calendar. Version 4.3 of
TimeCard
can be installed in all calendars, also shared ones.
TimeCard
users plan and report their time totally in the Outlook calendar. For each appointment they select one, two or three
admin defined properties from dropdown lists, and when
it is time to report they do that too inside
Outlook. Quick and correct!
A secondary mailbox is a shared mailbox that you have access to, and you can have as many as you need. Since TimeCard V4.3 now can be used in such a mailbox, you can let one person, for example a secretary, make appointments for one or several other persons. The TimeCard toolbar will be shown in all calendars, so it is possible to report appointments from them all.

the client upgrades are automatic.
Use
TimeCard
to both plan and report time in the Outlook
Calendar. For each appointment the users select one, two or three predefined properties from dropdown lists, and when
it is time to report they do that also inside
Outlook. No more double entries!
With TimeCard V4.3 the manual updates of the
TimeCard Client Tool are history. Make one last manual upgrade to version 4.3, and it will give each client the tools for both automatic and silent upgrades in the future.
After that, when the central workgroup installation has been upgraded, the
TimeCard clients are upgraded automatically
as soon as they are connected to the file server.

Export Your Appointments To Excel

planning and reporting inside
the Outlook Calendar. Version 4.3 of
TimeCard
comes with an Export to Excel button that gives a
nice, editable spreadsheet wit subtotals and Grand
total.
TimeCard
lets users plan and report time in the Outlook
Calendar. For each appointment one or two admin defined properties
are chosen from dropdown lists. Before reporting
each user can export the data to an Excel
spreadsheet, for example to get the report approved
by a supervisor.
The TimeCard Excel spreadsheet can be
edited, and the user decides himself which of the
TimeCard properties should be used to group
data. Subtotals and a Grand total makes this report
very easy to study.
