Why use a separate tool for time reporting, when
TimeCard can help you report on your appointments directly from the Outlook Calendar? Now you can even use
TimeCard in your handheld device. The TimeCard data are automatically synchronized at the same time as the calendars.
TimeCard is an add-on from kalmstrom.com Outlook Solutions.
With TimeCard Mobile in your mobile device, you can create and edit appointments with
TimeCard data and get them ready for reporting. Once back at the computer, you synchronize your calendars and report your time to the database with a few clicks.
TimeCard Mobile uses the regular synchronization mechanism and only stores information in the calendar, so there are no extra items to synchronize.
With TimeCard, Outlook calendar appointments are easily tagged with time reporting information and thus turned into time reporting records. By using meta categories, administration can get much more information for statistics, but users only have to select one, two or three properties from drop downs in their Outlook Calendar appointments.
TimeCard Mobile is a free product. It works with Windows Mobile 2003, 5 and 6. It also requires
TimeCard for Outlook, workgroup or single user version. Both
