Microsoft does not have Office 2007 Web Components. So what is a person supposed to do with Office 2007 when TimeCard is asking for them?

Yes, you are right, the OWC component are no longer included with Office2007. But this component (OWC 11) is compatible with Office 2007 just as is Office 2003. And as we make use of this components in most of our products, it is mandatory to have it installed.
