After reinstalling TimeCard, it does not appear!

Probably the "TimeCard Addin is disabled in your Outlook.
Please check if the TimeCard addin is disabled under Outlook. If it is disabled, enable it and then restart Outlook.

Outlook 2003: Tools > Options > Other > Advanced Options > COM Add-ins

Outlook 2007: Tools > Options > Trust Center > Addins

Outlook 2010: File >Options >Addins. In the Manage dropdown,  select Disabled items
