How do I clear the Access database of data?

 The easiest is to delete the database and create a new one. Please follow these steps:

Workgroup version

 

1.    Open the network folder where TimeCard is installed.

2.    Search for the file TimeCard3.mdb and delete it.

3.    Double-click the file TCCommonSettings.exe.

4.    The database connection window will be opened, and you can create a new database.

 

Single User version

 

1.    Open the folder My TimeCards under (My) Documents.

2.    Search for the file TimeCard3.mdb and delete it.

3.    Open the folder C:\Program Files\kalmstrom.com\TimeCard.

4.    Double click the file TCPersonalSettingsSingle.exe to create a new database.

5.    You can also create a new database by clicking the Settings button in Outlook.
