With
TimeCard for Outlook users plan and report their
time inside Outlook Calendar. The workgroup version
is intended for several users who report their time
to a central MS Access or SQL database. The time reports
can be sent there directly or via an ASP-page. Welcome to download and try TimeCard for Outlook for
30
days without any obligations.
To continue using the TimeCard after the trial period you need to
buy an Organizational license. Uninstall
TimeCard through the Control Panel if you don't want to register it.
The TimeCard
toolbar is shown in the default Outlook calendar:
Download the .exe-file

New installation The downloaded file,
TimeCardWorkgroupSetup.exe, is an
installer where all the installation
files are wrapped. When you run the installer, it
first unzips those files and then installs them. The person installing TimeCard needs to have Administrator permissions.
Click the downloaded file, and perform the installation
into any shared file folder on your server.
Install TimeCard on the clients. From each client machine, go into the
TimeCard root file folder on the network drive and run the file
TimeCardClientSetup.exe.
The settings of TimeCard for Outlook,
Workgroup version, are defined in two steps:
The Administrator defines the TimeCard
properties in Common settings. These properties
are the extra information that needs to be gathered
from users, besides date, start time, end time and
subject for each appointment. Common settings are
stored in the central database.
In the Personal settings, each user defines
which of the centrally defined TimeCard properties
he or she will use. By avoiding free text, time
reporting is made quicker and more error-free. When
each user regularly sends their time reports into
the central database, each post will contain information
about user, date, start time, end time, duration,
subject and TimeCard properties.
Languages TimeCard for Outlook supports 15 European languages,
and the language is automatically set to the same as
of the operating system. If that should be a language
not supported, English is used instead. Each user
has the option to select another one of the
supported languages.
Download a zipped file
If you have
problems downloading an .exe-file you can try this alternative,
which downloads a .zip-file. When you extract the .zip-file
you will get the .exe-file from the download above.
Procedure:
