Public Folder HelpDesk Version 10


Public Folder HelpDesk for Outlook - issue tracking, support handling and information sharing based on Outlook and ExchangePublic Folder HelpDesk version 10 has many new features. Among them are:
  • Choice of how to a create ticket: as a new ticket or as an addition to an existing ticket.
  • PF HelpDesk ticket historySent/Received e-mails are integrated chronologically in the ticket body. Plain text or HTML.
  • A closed ticket opens automatically if the e-mail has a ticket ID for a closed case.
  • Attachments are stored in the ticket body.
    • With PF HelpDesk you can forward tickets
  • Tickets can be forwarded.  
  • Default work minutes can be specified.
  • Automatic e-mail notification to caller when case is closed.

  • E-mail to callers when ticket is created, now also for manually created tickets.
  • E-mail templates are selected from a list box under one tab in PF HelpDesk Settings.
  • Possibility to use predefined standard answers created in WYSIWYG editor.
  • Print a single ticket and all of its history.
    • Print multiple PF HelpDesk tickets
  • Print multiple tickets selected by date range (due or created date) or category.
  • Ticket due date of the ticket can be inserted into the e-mail template.
  • Data in custom fields (introduced by the users)can be saved to the database.

If you have forgotten to renew the Support Services, it is not too late. You can still renew the kalmstrom.com Support Services and be entitled to upgrade to the latest version of Public Folder HelpDesk.

With a click on the PF HelpDesk button in Outlook, information in the e-mail is copied into a new ticket or added to an existing ticket.
If the e-mail already has a ticket ID, it is added to the corresponding ticket.
