Modified Date: How can I see when a PF HelpDesk ticket is modified?

The system updates the modification date automatically, but to see the modified date, you must add this field to the PF HelpDesk homepage view:

  1. Go to View >Current View >Customize Current View.



  2. Press the Fields button.



  3. Select "Date/Time fields" and Add "Modified".




  4. Then you will get a new field above the ticket list on the PF HelpDesk homepage, and when you click it the tickets are arranged after modified date.
