Ticket form: Sometimes when I open the ticket there is no ticket form but the standard Outlook-form.

The PF HelpDesk process i.e., PFHelpDesk.exe, runs in the background when you click the public folder. This process handles all the logic behind the ticketing system. If for some reasons it is not running, the PF HelpDesk ticket form does not show.

The easiest workaround will be to click out of the PF HelpDesk Outlook folder and then click back in. That will restart the helpdesk process, and everything should work again.

Note: to keep PF HelpDesk running without disturbing other work in Outlook, PF HelpDesk can be opened in a separate window. Leave the PF HelpDesk folder and then right click the PF HelpDesk folder and select "Open in a new window".
