I have changed the ticket layout. Will an upgrade change this ticket layout back to your standard form?

If you upgrade to version 11 from a lower version your old ticket form will be removed and replaced with a totally new ticket form. This form is in HTML, and you have to customize it once more. For instructions on how to do that and how to include data from customized fields to the database and statistics, refer to the PF HelpDesk manual.

If you upgrade from version 11 your ticket form will not be changed.
