Is there a way to make PF HelpDesk not open a new instance of Outlook when you create a ticket from an email?

If you open the PF Helpdesk public folder in a new window and leave it running, you don't have to navigate away from your Inbox (ur other current folder), and when you create a ticket out of an email, PF HelpDesk will not open another instance.

Right-click the PF HelpDesk public folder and select Open in new window. Outlook supports having multiple Explorer windows open.
