Evaluation period: is it possible to get a new evaluation period of Public Folder HelpDesk?

Yes, you can have a new evaluation period of PF HelpDesk, but you have to delete all your current tickets.
  1. Remove all open tickets from the PF HelpDesk public folder.

  2. In the PF HelpDesk network folder, remove the PFHelpDesk.mdb database (Access) or the .txt file with the path to the SQL server.

  3. When you access the PF HelpDesk public folder the next time, you will be prompted to create a new database.

  4. Select the appropriate database (eg. Access or SQL db) and start over with the new trial of 30 days.
