Views and form: how do I reinstall the PF HelpDesk Outlook views and form? I get a message that they are corrupt.

This procedure requires copying the design from the language specific Helpdesk Template PST file. This template should have a title of HDTemplateLanguage.pst where Language can be English, Swedish and so on. You can find the file in the PF Helpdesk file folder. The procedure has to be performed by a person with owner's permission over the PF Helpdesk public folder.

1. Go to File > Open > Outlook Data file.. and load the 'HDTemplateLanguage.pst' file from the PF HelpDesk file folder. Press OK.





2. By now, you will see a new root folder by the name 'HD8Template' under the Folder list.



3. Now, Select the PF HelpDesk folder and go to File > Folders >Copy Folder Design.



4. This will display a window with the caption "Copy Design From" as given below.
Select the PF HelpDesk folder within the HD8Template data file and check the 'Forms & Views'.
Click Ok.



5. A confirmation dialog pops up.




6. Refresh or restart the PF Helpdesk folder, and now you should be able to see the views of the selected language.

7. You should close the HDTemplateLanguage.pst data file by right-clicking HD8Template root folder
 > close HD8Template.
