Ticket form reinstallation: I made a mistake when I tried to customize the ticket form. How do I get the default form back?

The reinstallation of the ticket form must be made by a person with owner permissions of the PF HelpDesk public folder/mailbox. The manual reinstallation is done by using the file PFHDTicketForm.htm. It is available in the PF HelpDesk file folder, but if you have changed it already you can download it and replace your file.
