I have upgraded to Outlook 2007, but now I do not see the buttons in the ticket.

You need to run the Client tools again, to update the ticket form.

You should be asked to do that the first time you open the PF HelpDesk folder in Outlook after the upgrade, but from your workstation you may also go into the network PF HelpDesk folder and run the file PFHelpDeskClientTools.exe.
