DAO.DBEngine - ActiveX error

This error has occured:
Creating a new DAO.DBEngine

The system error message was:
ActiveX component can't create object
(#429)

This error message is due to a problem with a MDAC component. The problem could be that it is not properly registered or that it is corrupt.

First try register it again by Start > Run > type regsvr32 DAOXXX.dll
The XXX is for the version number, which can be found at C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\DAO

If this does not solve the problem, please download latest MDAC component from Microsoft.com http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=6c050fe3-c795-4b7d-b037-185d0506396c&displaylang=en and make an upgrade.
