Preview Window: I am unable to view the KBase articles in the Reading Pane.

Unfortunately it is not an easy operation to add a preview window to KBase. To implement it we need to rebuild KBase totally and use a client add-in instead of the current script and custom Outlook form. For the time being this is not something we prioritize, but I hope the categories can help you find the right article instead.
