I have installed PF HelpDesk and KBase and set the path to KBase under the Other Settings tab, but when I click the "KBase" button in the ticket the data does not show up in KBase.

You can only save a PF HelpDesk ticket as a KBase article when the case is finished and the ticket is ready to be closed. Then, click "Add to KBase" and after that "Close". The ticket is now closed, and it is saved in the database and as a KBase article in Outlook.
