Can I change the way the generated index for web pages look?

Before you generate the .html files there are some settings on the KBaseArchive.exe dialog you must decide on. When the web pages are saved you can change settings for the index file - for example font - in the file style.css.

You can also change the .html code as you wish. Open the index file in an .html editor, like FrontPage.
