Resource separation: Is it possible to have the calendars in different folders? We have bookings of Card, Rooms and Equipment, and there is a long list of calendars.

In this case we recommend creating several root folders for separating different kinds of calendars. Install Calendar Browser in each one of them.

You could create one Outlook folder that contains all of the Rooms, another that contains all of the Cars and a third that contains all the Equipment in your organization. The user coming in to book a resource will already know what type of resource he/she wants to use - so having them in different folders makes the process easier for the user. The search process will also be quicker, with fewer calendars to go through.
