Folder HelpDesk is licensed with a subscription, and subscribers become Members of the
kalmstrom.com Community.
There are two subscription levels / Membership levels of the kalmstrom.com Community. Both give full support, free
upgrades, and an
unlimited number of users within your organization.
As Member of the Community you may also use other kalmstrom.com products without extra cost.
Yearly payments
You are welcome to pay the Community fees once a year, with credit card or a bank transfer. The cost for the Member level is 1450 EUR / 2200 USD. Please
contact
our
Sales Department. We will send you an invoice with payment details, and after payment we will send
a confirmation.
Monthly payments
Select a payment partner below and add your credit card, and the Community fee is taken
automatically from the card
each month. No invoice is sent. You
will get a confirmation e-mail from kalmstrom.com after
the first payment, but beyond that we send no receipts. Use eSellerate
for payments in USD.
Membership Levels
Member: 120 EUR/ 180 USD per month Gives the right to use the organizational license of
Folder HelpDesk and other kalmstrom.com products.
This option is meant for smaller companies and organizations who want good services but don't need the extra benefits coming with a Premium Membership of kalmstrom.com Community.

Premium Member: 400 EUR / 600 USD per month + a one time payment of 2 000 EUR / 3 000 USD
Gives a unique copy of the Folder HelpDesk organizational license and also of others requested. This copy has the
Premium Member organization
logo on all major forms and
no registration. It is updated every time the standard version is updated and downloaded from a protected site.
This Membership level is designed for bigger companies and organizations who want more influence and service with highest priority.

Almost everything is free once you are a Community
