Sent/Received e-mails
concerning the case are integrated chronologically from
bottom to top along with .html formatting and header.

The subfolders will be created automatically, and all e-mails concerning the
same case will be saved to the same subfolder. If this option is checked, the
Folder HelpDesk ticket gets two new tabs for Sent and Received e-mails.

The subfolders are gathered under the Folder HelpDesk folder in
Outlook, and when they are too many they can easily be removed with the tool PFHDCleanSubfolders.exe.
