KBase: I have tried to install Folder HelpDesk in a mailbox, but I get an error message saying "Failed to get Knowledge Base Folder".

Please check the setting under: Tools-Options-Other-Advanced Options-Allow script in shared folders. That checkbox must be enabled for installation and usage in a mailbox to work.

(In Outlook 2007 you can find that checkbox under Tools>Trust Center>E-mail security.)
