Select the folder where you want to use the new view. In this example we
create a customized view for the Outlook folder of our product
Public Folder HelpDesk, but the process is the same for any
Go to View >Current View >Customize Current View.
Now you will get a number of buttons to play with. Here I press the Fields button.
Select among the available field groups and then among the fields in that
group. Here I choose "Date/Time fields" and
to Add the field "Modified".
Then you will get a new field above the ticket list on the Folder HelpDesk homepage, and when you click it the tickets are arranged after modified date.
