first year of support services is included
in the purchase prices for all my organizational
and developer licenses.
After that period you have to renew the
subscription if you wish to continue
being a Support Customer.
Our products work in a complex environment. Making the most of it requires expert knowledge of both Outlook, Exchange, Active Directory and other technologies. Although most of our customers know a lot of this, it is convenient to have someone to ask when problems occur. If you describe your situation to us, we can also point out possibilities that you might not have considered.
If you buy support you are also entitled to free upgrades. Since our products are built on top of Microsoft’s, we often have to adapt them to improvements in the Microsoft products. Upgrading our products is always easy, so that support customers will have no problems upgrading their installations and always use the latest and best version.
When you buy software
– any software – you become dependent on
that application and its developer. Becoming
a support subscriber is an insurance against
the trouble switching to another application
will cause you. You will also help make
further development investments possible.
