The user interface of TimeCard for Outlook is based on the Outlook calendar. Appointments are easily tagged with time reporting information and thus turned into time reporting records. TimeCard does not limit your calendar in any way. You can add, edit, change and remove items with all the simplicity you are used to in Outlook.

Do you use a handheld device? The TimeCard properties are synchronized at the same time as the calendars, and with the free add-on TimeCard Mobile you can even create and edit appointments with TimeCard data while on the run.

Features:

	Both Workgroup and Single User versions
	Report your time to an Access or SQL Server database, directly or via an ASP-page
	Administrator defines common properties, and from them each user selects the properties to report on. These are easily chosen from dropdowns in the appointments.
	TimeCard data used in the powerful statistics tool facilitates business intelligence
	Administrators can make use of Meta categories. They are only visible in the Common Settings and Statistics, but users never have to bother with them.
	Works with Outlook 2000 and above* and Windows 2000, XP and Vista
	Free Windows Mobile add-on available!
	Can be combined with Calendar Browser for Outlook, to view staff calendars. The Overview feature in Calendar Browser will display the same color coding as TimeCard.

* To use TimeCard with Office 2007 you need to have Office Web Components installed. They may be downloaded here.

Front-end to business systems
TimeCard for Outlook can easily be customized and integrated so that user time reports are automatically collected, processed and entered into the business system. The databases – Access or SQL Server – are open, so you can easily make your own report or export the data to any system. TimeCard for Outlook can also be installed as a distributed solution, where users can report via Internet – perfect for personnel working on the field or from home.
