Calendar Browser for Outlook - for efficient resource managementIn Calendar Browser resources are stored in public folders or mailboxes. Each resource has its own calendar, and to book a resource the user simply makes an appointment in the calendar of that resource.

Calendar Browser is fully integrated in Outlook. Additional services – for instance catering services, conference material or IT equipment – can be ordered with each booking. Bookings can also be tied to projects (persons, units, customers etc). The Overview gives a summary of the resource usage in the short run.


You can make new bookings, change existing booking intervals and use part of the Overview via OWA, but only the Outlook users can book extra services and see calendar descriptions. FAQ.
