Problem Task form: Is it possible to remove or rearrange the fields on the kanban cards?

Task form: Is it possible to remove or rearrange the fields on the kanban cards?

When you use the Kanban Task Manager Sandboxed Solution you can remove or rearrange the fields in the kanban cards by working with the columns in the list used with Kanban Task Manager. This can be the default KTMTasks list or another Tasks list.

Remove SharePoint list columns

  1. Open the list where you want to make changes.
  2. Click on the List Settings button under the LIST tab in the ribbon.
  3. In the the list of columns, click on the column you want to remove.
  4. Click on the Delete button.

Change the order of SharePoint list columns

  1. Open the list where you want to make changes.
  2. Click on the List Settings button under the LIST tab in the ribbon.
  3. Click on the link Advanced settings in the General Settings group.
  4. Disable "Allow management of content types" (if previously enabled).
  5. Click on the "Column ordering" link under List Settings, below the list of columns.
  6. Change the column order.
This works for any list in SharePoint, but only if the default form is used. It does not work in the Kanban Task Manager SharePoint Add-in, where we use our own form, or if the form has been customized with Visio.
