Can additional properties be manually added into the ticket?
When a ticket is created from an e-mail, the ticket is displayed in the SharePoint form automatically, so if you have defined other fields in the SharePoint list, you can manually feed them via the web browser.
We do not currently have an interface in HelpDesk OSP where you can automatically fill additional information other than the pre-defined ones.
