Evaluate with existing e-mails: is it possible to try Folder HelpDesk with some of our current support e-mails?

Yes, you can, but first they must be converted into Folder HelpDesk tickets:
  1. Copy the e-mails to a new public folder or shared mailbox
  2. (Set permissions so that only the evaluators can access that new folder)
  3. Install Folder HelpDesk into a new (another) public folder or shared mailbox under the one just created
  4. Set up auto-conversion so that all the emails get converted into tickets (refer to manual or faq)
  5. Update categorization on all tickets
  6. Close tickets that are based on e-mails that have been handled
  7. Run the Excel reports application by pressing the statistics button in the Folder HelpDesk Outlook toolbar
  8. Join the kalmstrom.com Community and let Folder HelpDesk handle new issues also!
