Problem When you create a ticket from an email sent to your mailbox, what do you do with that existing email?

When you create a ticket from an email sent to your mailbox, what do you do with that existing email?

During auto-conversion from emails to tickets, the existing e-mails are moved to a subfolder named 'Converted' under the same mailbox folder. You can opt to remove them if you wish.
